A district is intelligent when it can learn from itself — when culture, wellbeing, ecology and systems work as one.
Most urban scorecards measure throughput: output, traffic, the number of sensors on a lamp post. Residents live inside a different question — does this place help us feel well, belong to one another, and flourish alongside nature? District Intelligence™ answers that one, in terms a finance committee also recognises. Four faculties, read together, so what XD designs into a street can be checked against what people feel there and what the district earns from it. We call the result a return on experience: wellbeing and economy, counted on the same page. Here, data serves community, wellbeing and ecology.

Health, comfort and mental wellbeing — the being of place alongside the doing.
Shows up as: dwell time, evening trade, steadier occupancy on the high street.
Climate & ecology
Regeneration, resilience, biodiversity — the place's living systems.
Shows up as: usable summer streets, cooling costs, insurable resilience.
